Absolutely. Most of our students start with zero martial arts experience. Your first class is completely free, giving you the opportunity to meet our instructors, experience a class, and ask questions with no pressure and no obligation.

We welcome students in our Kids Tae Kwon Do programs starting at a young age. Our classes are designed to help children develop focus, coordination, confidence, and respect in a fun, structured environment. We also offer programs for teens and adults of all ages.

Yes. Our structured classes, positive coaching, and clear progression system help students develop better focus, self-discipline, and confidence over time. Many parents tell us they see improvements both at home and at school after their child begins training.

We offer Kids Tae Kwon Do, Adult Tae Kwon Do, Fitness Classes, Self-Defense Training, and Birthday Parties. Programs are available for students of various ages, experience levels, and goals.

Yes. We offer a FREE Trial Class for new students. This gives you the opportunity to meet our instructors, experience our teaching style, tour the facility, and see if our programs are the right fit before making any commitment.

Our academy is open Monday through Friday from 12pm-8pm and Saturday from 9am-11am. We are closed on Sundays. Class schedules vary by program, so please contact us for specific class times.

No. Safety and student comfort are always priorities. Students are never forced into activities they are not ready for, and instructors ensure training progresses at an appropriate pace for each individual.

Yes. Our academy is led by Grand Master Josh Henkel, a 7th Degree Black Belt with decades of teaching experience, along with Master Nancy Henkel and a highly trained instructional team. All instructors are dedicated to providing a safe, professional, and positive learning environment.
